Manoj has held various roles covering General Management, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Key Account Management, Customer Relationship Management and Corporate Communications, apart from being an entrepreneur during the early part of his career. He is an established Faculty and Corporate facilitator and a visiting faculty in many management colleges of repute. Raveendran has more than 25 years of rich experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Sales, where he has held senior positions in companies like Key Pharma and Medopharm at the Zonal Level. Raveendran is a Graduate in Sociology from Calicut University and also holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He has attended many Management Training Programmes and has to his credit a few certifications. He is also a registered artist with the Song and Drama Division of the I&B Ministry and was also a regular contributor of short stories to many magazines. At The Compass Team, Raveendran is wholly responsible for Programme Management, Implementation and also oversees the Project Function.

Lijo brings with him close to 11 years of experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management in the hospitality and pharmaceutical industries. Lijo holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Pondicherry University. At The Compass Team, Lijo is responsible for Programme Coordination and Relationship Management across Schools.
